(Please read completely before commissioning me, thank you!)

  • I have the right to decline any commission.

  • If you need your commission rushed, then an extra fee will be added! That fee will be 25% of the commission.

  • I own the artwork. I have the right to post it on my socials or in my portfolios. But I'll always credit you!

  • If you want to re-post the commission you can, but you have to give proper credit to me. (ex: Instagram: made by @ell.artworks, Twitter: made by @Emperor_Ell

  • You are not allowed to re-sell the artwork ever.

  • You are not allowed to use the artwork for the involvement of NFT's under any circumstances.

  • You can do as you wish with the commission only if it's for personal use.

  • I will draw: OCs, Fanarts, DnD Characters, NSFW (NO child like characters)

  • I will NOT draw: Furries, gore, political art

Payment

  • Payment via PAYPAL only.

  • Prices are all in USD, please check if you are using the right currency.

  • Half the payment is upfront and the other half is when the commission is finished. I'll send you an invoice through paypal for both payments.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the work, I am more then happy to talk it out with you to an extent. No refunds.

Process

  1. Enter info for the ToS agreement and Reference Info. Be descriptive as possible with visual and/or written references. The more, the better.

  2. If you receive a commission slot then you will be contacted within a week. For those who do not receive a message from me, unfortunately I did not accept your commission. If your commission was not accepted, you can ask to be put on the waiting list.

  3. If approved, we'll discuss the commission cost and send invoices through Paypal. Half of the amount upfront and half when the commission is finished.

  4. After the first sketch I'll ask for your confirmation before moving forward. You are allowed only two revisions before the final product.

  5. Usually after sending the first sketch: it takes me 2 to 4 weeks for line art depending on complexity.

  6. I usually work on commissions on stream, NSFW ones are worked off-stream. If you wish to not have it worked on stream, you must let me know.

  7. After the last payment I'll send you the high quality .png via email.
