I primarily work on OCs, Fanarts, DnD Characters, and NSFW content (please note: no child-like characters).

I do not accept commissions involving Furries (yet), gore, or political art.

My Rights:

I own the artwork and have the right to showcase it on my socials and in my portfolio. Rest assured, I will always credit you!

Your Rights:

You are welcome to re-post your commissioned artwork, but please give proper credit (for example, Instagram: "made by @ell.artworks" or X: "made by @Emperor_Ell").

The artwork is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to re-sell it or use it in any NFT projects under any circumstances.

Method: Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

Currency: All prices are in USD. Please ensure you are using the correct currency.

Payment Schedule:

50% Upfront: Required before I begin work on your commission.

50% Upon Completion: Due when the commission is finished.

I will send invoices through PayPal for both payments.

Rush Commissions: an extra fee of 25% of the commission cost will be added.

Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the work, I am more than happy to discuss adjustments with you (up to the allowed revisions). Please note that refunds are not offered.

Submission:

Include all necessary info as indicated in the ToS agreement and Reference Info sections.

Provide detailed information in your commission request. The more descriptive your visual and/or written references, the better I can capture your vision.

Response Time:

If your commission slot is available, I will contact you within one week.

If you do not receive a message, your commission was not accepted at this time. You may ask to be placed on a waiting list.

Approval & Invoicing:

Once approved, we will discuss the commission cost and proceed with the invoicing process through PayPal.

Sketch & Revisions:

I will send you the first sketch for approval. You are allowed up to two revisions before the final product.

Timeline: After your approval of the initial sketch, expect the line art to be completed within 2 to 4 weeks (depending on complexity).

Final Delivery: Once the final payment is received, I will send you a high-quality PNG file of your commission via email.

Commission Environment:

I usually work on commissions live on stream (giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process).

NSFW commissions are handled off-stream.
